The glow of our Flaming Chalice, surrounded by the many candles, representing the many and varied aspects of our faith, brought tears
to my eyes. I felt pleased and proud to be a Unitarian Universalist minister participating in a Luminescence worship service. This and the inclusion
of so many of our folks of a broad range of ages and a beautiful and wide spectrum of various theologies, was truly a liturgical event in the best
meaning of the word liturgy; the work of the people. Lay and Clergy united in the light of our people together, seen, felt and made whole.

~ Reverend Lee Marie Sanchez

The Luminescence Service is just sublime!! It epitomizes the core of human realization, and that is precisely what the world needs now. I am translating it in Spanish and Guarani-Auca language. I am sure that the people of Ecuador will welcome this Service with open hearts as they did the values and the principles of UU. I am positive that The Guarani Tribe will also welcome it with open minds and hearts. Thanks to their acceptance of values and principles there has been no violent fights for the past 18 months. Personally Luminescence reinforces my faith in Mankind.
